For over 90 years, Complete General has adapted and evolved our earthmoving operations as owners and market conditions require.

We have the ability to self-perform projects of all size. We have a state of the art fleet of equipment and skilled operators to get the projects finished. We use the most current machine control options from GPS guided equipment to a robotic total station controlled machine to achieve the tightest of tolerances.

We have an in-house survey department that assist in our earthmoving operations. They provide layout, programming of machine control, and drone services to help track quantities and progress.
